Today I am sharing with you my famous "Creamy chicken, leek and mushroom pie" recipe. The chicken filling is delicious, scrumptious, versatile and easy to freeze. You can bake a normal family size pie or as I have done create cute entree size pot pies served before Sunday dinner roast. My husband especially loves the mini pies in his lunch box. Serves 4 or makes 6-8 ramekins (depending on ramekin size).
